I had this 1 year ago for my two bunnies who live outside. They seem to enjoy living in it. Hutch is more than enough room for my two (about 6lbs) bunnies and probably would fit three bunnies that cuts. the only thing that was not advertised is that the upstairs part flooring is made from a sheet of metal, which is fine for me.
